The company’s original NYC location has been baking craft bread since 1994. In 2017, Jim Lahey partnered with Miami restaurateur, Steven Perricone, to bring their award-winning bread to South Florida. Baked in hearth ovens using only clean, simple ingredients, no preservatives, ever!
