We harvest wild Morel mushrooms and Matsutake mushrooms in the Oregon Mountains. We then sun-dry all of our mushrooms to lock in the Nutrition value and flavor 100%. Chaga Mushroom, only grows on white or yellow Birch Trees. It only grows on 1 out of 1,500 trees. It only starts growing on the tree when its about 25 years or older. We have Fresh Florida Blueberries January through June.
