She received her culinary degree in 2014 in Miami. In 2015, after working in a 5 star Hotel restaurant in Coral Gables, she decided to start her Artisan Business. She now resides and works in Miami, Florida.

This jam was inspired from an ancient recipe, it combines a flavor strawberry with the scent of jasmine, it is a good balance of a different and delicate strawberry jam.
