Fish Dips & Locally Smoked Fish For those of us who knew Greg Maxwell a.k.a "The Captain", we remember a wonderful man who went from his decades long cruise ship career and followed his dream of many years, running an old school "Smoke Shack". At the farmers Markets, he would greet everyone with his Australian charm, combining his smoked delicacies on platters or bagels for all to enjoy. If you were really lucky, you might have been treated to his world renowned rum punch. We continue with his secret tradition to offer his infamous dips and fish pieces.
