Hand Made Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt & Sorbet After working under Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel at Daniel, Alissa developed her own dessert menus for local Portland restaurants. She was named part of the Eater Young Gun Class of 2013 and received two nods from Food & Wine‘s Best New Pastry Chef. After years of running restaurants in Portland, Jeremy left to join Alissa and open Frice Pastry. Embarking on a new adventure, they moved to Miami. Their dreams of opening an ice cream shop using the bounty of South Florida’s produce came true when they opened Frice Cream.
