She received her culinary degree in 2014 in Miami. In 2015, after working in a 5 star Hotel restaurant in Coral Gables, she decided to start her Artisan Business. She now resides and works in Miami, Florida.

Mango is a tropical tree cultivated in many regions of India, They are grown in Florida, Texas, California, and Hawaii – with Florida being the largest producer in the U.S. and season goes from May to October. It is an excellent source of Vitamin-A and flavonoids like beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin. Together; these compounds have been known to have antioxidant properties and are essential for vision. We source Florida local varieties such as Haden or Keitt which comes with a sweet and fruitful flavor.
