Dried Cranberries

Our natural cranberries are rich in dietary fiber, which helps the digestive tract run smoothly. They are a great source of immunity-boosting vitamin C, to ward off colds and illnesses. Cranberries provide adequate levels of calcium, to support the health of bones and teeth. A unique source of antibacterial compounds known as proanthocyanidins (PACs), cranberries are often used to treat urinary tract infections, gum disease, and stomach ulcers. The antioxidants and phytonutrients in dried cranberries have also been associated with lowering the risk for heart disease and certain cancers.
