We have received reports from first-time customers who have eaten the entire jar in one sitting! Many repeated customers have bought cases of this product at the many Mango Festivals we attend. We use all organic ingredients, and we use our very own mangos, which we allow to tree ripen, are pesticide-free for over 100 years (the Mango tree is the oldest living fruit producing tree, producing fruit fo over a thousand years), and are of the first mango trees planted in the eastern part of USA. The first mango variety introduced was from India was the Mulgoba and was given ro Professor Elbridge Gale who lived in what is now called, "Northwood" in West Palm Beach. During this period in history (approximately 1898) , Captain Haden (of Coconut Grove) hearing of this delicatable fruit, sailed up to Northwood, and returned with 12 Mugoba mango seeds, and developed a fruit called the Haden mango. We use mainly the Haden mango with a pinch of Mulgoba to make our delicious mango jam. We hope you will enjoy it, as much as we enjoy making it!
